Oceana Caga
Oceana (she/her) is a theatre maker, writer, and actor. Her experience ranges from her time in the Royal Exchange Young Company, NYT, and the RNCM. She has worked with MIF, the Royal Exchange, Contact, HER Productions, HOME Theatre and many more. Writing has played a huge part in her journey, and she hopes to continue exploring this in her creative process.
Alongside her acting, Oceana has tried a hand at adopting other roles in technical theatre and directing to help further her development. Her love for film, TV, and theatre inspires her to work on projects that are challenging, fun, and transformative. Previous credits include: THE SUPPLIANT WOMEN, 24 HOURS OF PEACE (Royal Exchange Theatre); PARTY SKILLS FOR THE END OF THE WORLD (Manchester International Festival); MARYLAND (Edge Theatre); A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, TAMING OF THE SHREW (Hope Mill Theatre).
Sophie Ahmed
Sophie is a Production Manager in Audio Drama at Audible, where she oversees the creation of original scripted content. With a background spanning audiobooks and radio, Sophie brings a passion for immersive storytelling–recently earning Silver for Best Audiobook Producer at the 2024 AudioUK Audio Production Awards.
Shahid Iqbal Khan
Shahid is an Olivier-Award nominated playwright based in Bury, Greater Manchester. He writes for the stage and radio. His first Afternoon Drama commission was the ARIA-Award nominated Love Across The Ages. Other previous works in audio include shorts Brandlesholme (United Kingdoms, Radio 4), Bhavika and Night of the Living Flatpacks(both on community channels). He is adapting the novel The Last of the Mohicans for BBC Radio 4, which will be broadcast in December 2025. For theatre, Shahid Iqbal Khan's body of work includes Connections (Tara Theatre) and 10 Nights (Bush Theatre, Graeae/Tamasha). 10 Nights was revived in a new production by Phizzical, which toured the UK in 2024 and 2025. He is currently working on commissions from Octagon Theatre, Almeida Theatre and Ardent Theatre. He is also a 24-25 Virtual Writer in Residence for Lortel Theatre in New York, an attachment which includes a seed commission.
Eloise Whitmore
Eloise is Managing Director of Naked Productions and has been making radio and podcasts for over 25 years. Our audio content always features beautiful sound design and we make commissioned radio, podcasts and sound installations. Clients include BBC, Audible, National Trust, MIF and Skywalker Sound.
Nadia Molinari
Nadia is a producer/ director with BBC Studios Audio based in Media City, Salford.Over the past 24 years she has produced and directed over 200 productions of original dramas and series, dramatisations of novels, poetry, stage play adaptations, and drama-documentaries for BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 3 and BBC Sounds. Her productions have won a number of national and international awards.Before moving into audio drama she was a freelance theatre director for ten years
Nickie Miles-Wildin
Nickie is a highly successful freelance theatre and radio director.
Previously joint Artistic Director and CEO at DaDa in Liverpool, an artist incubation Hub for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent artists, and Associate Director at Graeae, head of their new writing programme. Nickie has also worked at The Royal Exchange Theatre as Young Company Programme Leader and prior to that as Resident Assistant Director, part of the Regional Theatre Young Directors Scheme. Nickie is best known for her role as Miranda in the London Paralympics Opening Ceremony 2012.
Christine Bottomley
Christine Bottomley is an English actress born on April 27, 1979, in Rochdale, England. After graduating from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 2001, she has built a career in television, film, and theatre, appearing in notable roles such as Mandy in Back to Life, Zoe in The Nest, and Scribonia in Domina. She has also been recognized for her radio work, winning a BBC Audio Drama Award in 2014.
